Portfolio Signals provides backtesting tools and historical market data analysis. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Trading Disclaimer

Important: Backtesting results do not guarantee future performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate historical data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or information provided through the Service.

7. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Portfolio Signals or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, or trading losses) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
